Wii Music trasforma il telecomando Wii e il Nunchuk in oltre 60 strumenti diversi, fra cui un violino, una batteria, una chitarra elettrica e perfino un campanaccio. I giocatori strimpellano, agitano, battono e percuotono gli strumenti al ritmo della musica, in un rilassatissimo parco giochi musicale dove gli errori non esistono.
