Resident Evil 2 è Gioco dell'Anno ai Golden Joystick Awards, Cyberpunk 2077 il più atteso

Si è da poco conclusa la cerimonia di premiazione della trentasettesima edizione dei Golden Joystick Awards, premi basati sulle votazioni assegnate dai videogiocatori sul sito ufficiale dell'organizzazione negli ultimi mesi.

Ad ottenere il premio Ultimate Game of the Year, il più ambito in assoluto, è stato il remake di Resident Evil 2, che è riuscito a battere concorrenti del calibro di Control, Gears 5, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice e The Outer Worlds. L'orrore secondo Capcom si è anche aggiudicato il riconoscimento per il miglior audio.

World of Warcraft Classic, Days Gone, Gears 5 e Super Smash Bros. Ultimate devono invece "accontentarsi" dei premi per il miglior gioco sulle rispettive piattaforme di appartenenza, ovvero PC, PS4, Xbox One e Nintendo Switch. Il titolo più atteso dai videogiocatori (prevedibilmente?) si è rivelato essere Cyberpunk 2077.
